30-Day Returns
We want you to love your Lavetini cloths. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. This applies to all Lavetini products, including bundles and items bought with a discount code.
How to start a return
- Email us at flwvcompany@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Send the item(s) back, in their original packaging when possible, together with your order number.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Packages sent without a return request may not be processed.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at flwvcompany@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you, and in most cases you will not need to send the item back.
Return shipping
For returns that are not due to our error, the customer pays for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at flwvcompany@gmail.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different bundle size is to return the item you have and place a new order.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge as long as it has not shipped yet. Email flwvcompany@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
