Thank you for shopping at Lavetini! We are dedicated to providing you with a seamless shopping experience and ensuring your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

  • Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales), processing may take up to an additional 2 business days.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (United States)

We offer reliable shipping options across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1 – 2 business days

Free Shipping Promo: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $35 within the United States.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations, including Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.

  • International Delivery Estimate: 7 – 14 business days (depending on the destination and local customs clearance).

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lavetini is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at flwvcompany@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via standard shipping methods. Please ensure your address details are completely correct at checkout to avoid any delays.

6. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to our distribution center due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to re-send the order. Please double-check your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

7. Damages

If you receive your order and the items are damaged, or if you receive the wrong package, please inspect the items immediately and contact us at flwvcompany@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refer to our Return Policy for more details on exchanges and refunds.
